CHAPTER 3 : Noraebang!

"Come on, boys! You need to move faster!"

"Taemin, concentrate! Get your head on the game!"

"Minho, quickened you pace!"

"Jonghyun, don't let your guard off!"

"Key, keep your eyes on the puck!"

PRRIIIITTTTT!

"Okay, practiced over! Off to the shower, boys." Coach KangTa yelled. The boys went inside the shower a.k.a men lockers room, exhausted.

Taemin opened his helmet and sat on the bench.

"Ahh! I'm exhausted!"

"Me too!" Jonghyun said, threw a hockey sticks to the ground and sat next to Taemin.

They both bodies are full with sweat. While the other guys went to shower. They are doing their own stuff to wait for their turn to shower.

Minho was drinking a water while Key was entangling his skate shoes laces.

"Guys, wanna go to noraebang(karaoke) after this? We rarely spend time with each other nowadays" Jonghyun said excitedly. His eyes was sparkling with excitement.

"Should we?" Key said. He was grinning from ear to ear.

"I'm so going!" Minho raised his hand.

"Taemin?" They all circled around Taemin, waiting for his answer. Taemin who is in his on world realised that his hyung stopped talking and was staring at him like a maniac.

"Taemin! Are you going or not?" Key said.

"Uh? What? Uh... Yes. I'm going too. Hehe." Taemin agreed without knowing where he's going. HAHA!

"So, it's settled then?" They all nodded and cheered except for Taemin. He's in his own lala-land.

"The school prince's girlfriend?" A girl voice startled the three of them.

"Oh, annyeonghaseyo, BoA seosengnim." They all greeted at the same time. BoA nodded her head.

"You boys better be quick. Coach KangTa was having a pretty bad mood." She said. They all nodded.

When BoA left the room, he heard BoA's voice shouting,

"Jinri-ah! Quick with the equipment!" He looked back and saw nothing.

The girl must be one of BoA seosengnim's ice skating class's student, thought Taemin.

"Hello? Earth to Taemin! Anybody home? It's your turn to sing! " Jonghyun said, waving a mic infront of Taemin's face.

"Eh, hyung?"

"What are you thinking, Taemin? Are you thinking about your girlfriend?" Jonghyun smirked.

Key and Minho are singing the song, "Noona, Neomu Yeppeo'' on the background.

But then, Key's voice cracked up. And Minho burst laughing on the ground.

"What?! No! Hyung, I don't have a girlfriend! You've misunderstood." Taemin said.

He searched for the purse but unfortunately he can't find it.

He searched for his left pocket. No luck. On his right pocket? No luck either.

"Hyung, where's the purse?" Taemin panicked.

"You meant, your girlfriend's purse?" Jonghyun smirked.

"Come on, hyung. I'm not joking. Where's the purse?"

"You left it on the table back at the lockers room, remember?" .

"Sorry, hyung. You guys do whatever you do without me. I'm gotta do something!" Taemin said as he went out from the karoake room.

"Uhhh. What just happened?" Key asked. Jonghyun looked at him.

"Err,,, You know what, Key? I think our maknae is crazy....crazy in love! HAHAHAHA! Now, let's sing. All together! !"

Jonghyun shouldered between Minho and Key , singing happily.

"Fall in love nae sohneul kkok japajweo

I wanna be nae gyeotaeman isseojweo

Oh, happy day nae modeungeol julkgoya

I can't stop neomaneul na saranghae~"

Taemin pushed the stadium door gently and saw a beautiful girl gracefully ice skating on the ice rink.

He dazed with his jaw dropped.

The girl has a very fair white skin, dark brown hair which had been pulled to a ponytail,and a very nice eye smile. The girl reminded him of something.

Everything was fine until the girl jumped and twirled. But she fell down.

"Ouch!" She rubbed her butt.

"You can do it, Sulli-ah. Just try a little harder! Fighting!"

The girl made a fist and raised it up in the air and went back to skating.

Then, Taemin remembered something.

CHAPTER 2 : A Pickpocket?!

"Move over, nerds!" Suzy said as she walked into the classroom arrogantly, making Sulli and her friend to make a way.

Sulli almost cursed Suzy until Krystal closed her mouth with both of her hands.

You don't wanna be enemy with Suzy.

Bae Sue-ji aka Suzy, the beauty and drama queen of the school. She is the club president of I Love Taemin(Taemin's fanclub).

And of course, she never do anything.Her other beauty friends, Min and Fei. These girls are known for bullying the newbies and of course, the nerds.

Once, a newbie cursed Suzy because Suzy spilled a milk purposely on her. Suzy bullied her since then but the next 3 days the girl committed suicide by hanging herself in the toilet. Some people said she killed herself and couldn't hold Suzy's torture and other people said that, Suzy is the one who hang her. But since the incident, no one spoke about it.

Suzy sat on the table while her friends followed her.

"Suzy-yah! Did you heard Taemin gonna join the ice hockey tournament next week?!" Her Chinese and short friend, Fei, screamed like a bunch of fangirls.

"I know! MY Taemin is surely gonna win." Suzy said, emphasizing the word 'MY' .

"Speaking of him, where is him anyway?" Min said, searching for Taemin.

"He has to practice-slash-skip-school today, I guess."

They all laughed hysterically until their homeroom and Physics teacher, Mr. Donghae. The students called him Mr.Fishy because he looks and act like a fish. So bubbly, cute and innocent! He's also one of the handsomest teacher in the school.

"Okay, class. Please be quiet. We'll start our class now." Mr. Donghae said. Making the girl students whispered to each other and giggled like a maniac.

Sulli was yawning. Her eyes was heavy. She spent hours on the ice rink, she returned home late.Because of that, her father scolded her for doing that. Then, Donghae caught her and called her up to solve the problem. Sulli seemed startled.

"What a loser." Suzy whispered to Min that can be heard clearly by Sulli. Sulli ignored them.

Luckily, she seem to know the answer. After ice skating, studying is her second priority. Her father once said,

"Sulli-yah, if you want to keep ice skating, you must do well on your studies. Otherwise, say good bye to your figure skating."

Donghae was amazed and told her to sit at her seat back and they continue learning.

---RECESS---

"Sulli-yah, let's go to the café! I'm hungry!" Krystal said as they went toward their locker.

"Okay, Krys! Today is my treat since I couldn't join you guys yesterday!" Sulli said cheerfully as she put a book inside the locker.

"Jeongmalyeo(Really)?! Wiheeeee~"Krystal and Luna cheered.

What a dork!HAHA! Sulli thought, seeing her friends acting so childish.

They went to the café to buy some food. On their way there, Sulli bumped into someone.

He was wearing a glasses, a scarf that covered his nose and mouth, a blue cap, a skinny jean and a blue school sweater. She said sorry.

Sulli didn't notice that her purse fell as she bumped the guy..

The guy picked it up but Sulli already gone in the crowd .

"Guys, have you seen my purse? I swear it was in my pocket a few moments ago." Sulli panicked.

"No. Are you sure?" Luna said. Sulli nodded. Still searching for her purse.

Her friend helped her to search for her purse.

"You know, maybe that weird guy you bumped just now stole it!" Krystal gasped.

"No kidding?!"

"I mean, look at him. He's wearing a scarf, sunglasses, and a cap! Doesn't all pickpockets wear that?!" What Krystal said was true. Sulli stared in disbelief at the guy who slowly disappear into the crowd..

"Sorry guys. I couldn't treat you. And my Student ID was in there too." Sulli said in a despair tone. She lowered her head.

"That's okay, Sull! Instead, I will treat you guys today! Hehehe.And we will find you purse back!"Krystal said as she patted Sulli's back. They all cheered and eat happily at the café.

"Choi Jinri?" Taemin said as he looked through her purse. Maybe it's not that polite to look at other people stuff but make this an exception! HAHA!

"Yo, Taemin! What chu doin'?" A tall guy with rough voice came and sat next to Taemin. Putting his arm on Taemin's shoulder.

"Nothing. Why are you here, Minho hyung?" Taemin asked as he put the purse into his pocket.

"Just to inform you, practice start at 3PM. Don't be late, or the coach will kill you." Minho grinned and walked out of the lockers room.

"Whatever you say, hyung." Taemin said as he looked at his watch. 2:30PM.

Maybe I should get a shower first. Taemin thought. He put the purse on the table and went for a shower.

5 minutes later. . .

Taemin went out of the shower with his new clothes on and a towel on his wet hair.

"Taemin-ah. I didn't know you liked pink!" Somebody said, sitting on the table. He was holding Sulli's purse and was laughing.

"It's not mine, Jonghyun hyung." Taemin snatched the purse from Jonghyun.

"Then, who?" Another guy said who was leaning on a locker with his arm crossed, looking toward the purse. According to his name tag, his name is Kim Kibum but people call him Key.

"Is it your girlfriend's?? Yahh! Our Taemminie is grown up!" Jonghyun said childishly and ruffled Taemin's wet hair.

"N-no, hyung. You mis-misunderstood." Taemin stuttered. Jonghyun snatched the purse back when Taemin was off-guard. He opened the purse and saw the student ID.

"Choi Jinri? Who's that? Man, she's lucky! The school prince's girlfriend!" Jonghyun said. No. Yelled actually. Jonghyun was running around while Taemin chased him and kept repeating,

"GIVE IT BACK, HYUNG!"

"She's pretty cute too! Where did you find her, Taemin?"

"The school prince's girlfriend? Who?" A girl's voice startled the three of them. She was standing behind a locker.

CHAPTER 1 : There wouldn't be a next time.

"Okay, girls! Let's end this class here. Miss Choi Sulli, I would like to see you for a moment." Miss Kwon BoA, the school's figure ice skate teacher-slash-coach, yelled across the whole ice rink causing the ice skaters to close their ears.

Everyone went out of the rink, packing their stuff and started to left the arena.

"Ne, Miss BoA." Sulli said as she entangled her ice skating shoes and put her purple and black sneakers on. She went straight to Miss BoA's office.

"Sit, Sulli-shi." She said. Sulli obeyed, sitting at the nearest chair, facing Miss BoA who is looking outside the window.

"What do you want to talk about, Miss BoA?" Sulli asked. She lowered her head. She knew this would came.

Every week, same routine. Miss BoA would always call her name in the end of the class.

"Look Sulli. I treated you like my daughter. But...." BoA couldn't finished her sentences but Sulli got the point. Her reflexes wasn't good like before after 'it' happened.

"I'm-I'm sorry, Miss.BoA. I'll promised I would tried harder next time." Sulli said in a low tone.

"There wouldn't be a next time, Sulli." BoA said in very serious tone. Sulli stared at her in disbelief.

"No, miss. You can't possibly be serious! Please! I love to skate! I'll show you! I'll become the best!" Sulli cried.

She doesn't want to quit ice skating. It's her life. It's her passion. Half of her life was spent on ice skating. She couldn't possibly quit ice skating. She wanted to show her mother and sister that she could be like one on them.

BoA sighed.

"Okay. I'll give you another chance, Sulli." BoA left her office, leaving Sulli alone, crying.

"So, how was it, Sulli-yah?" Krystal, Sulli's bestfriend, asked as Sulli came out from BoA's office. Sulli lowered her head. She shouldered her bag. Three of them was about to leave the arena.

"Yeah, Sulli. Told us what happened back there!" Luna, also Sulli's bestfriend said, shooking Sulli's arm.

"It was fine. Everything went fine." Sulli faked a smile.

"Really?!" They both said. Sulli nodded while grinned.

"Ohh, I will treat you an ice cream then! Heehee~" Luna said cheerfully, believed what Sulli had said.

"Yah! What about me? I want ice cream too!" Krystal pouted.

"Aigoo. Fine. I'll treat you too." Luna said while pinched Krystal's cheek. But they noticed Sulli aren't following them. They turned their head to back. Sulli had stopped walking.

"Ermm.. Sorry guys. I forget I have something to do. You guys go ahead. Don't wait for me." Sulli said with an apologetic grin.

"Awww.. But I really wanted to eat ice cream with you." Krystal pouted again.

"Mianhae, Krys. It's really important." Sulli ran.

"Are you sure she's okay?" Krystal whispered to Luna as she saw Sulli disapearing into the darkness.

"She hadn't been herself after you-know-what." Krystal added. Luna slightly shooked her head as she thought about her best friend's fate.

I can do this. Sulli thought.

She tried to fasten the speed and she jumped and twirled. But about half of the twirl, she fell down. She got up and tried again but still no luck.

How can I be this bad? Sulli thought.

Her mother's (Choi Si Young) warm voice said in her mind,

Fighting, Sulli-ah! You can do it! Fighting!

Now, her sister's(Choi Soo Young) voice said,

Dongsaeng-ah, if you this slow, you never as good as me! HAHAHA!

Sulli wrapped her arms around her knees and cried. She missed them terribly.
